Edgecombe & Coplin Wealth Strategies, LLC is a growing professional financial planning firm specializing in individual retirement, investment, income and financial estate planning looking to provide a motivated individual the opportunity to join our successful team as an Administrative Assistant. The right person will have the opportunity to work with the Owners and Office Manager to continue to build a unique and very successful financial practice. We are looking for someone who is honest, hardworking, and capable of working as a teammate. The perfect candidate must be highly ethical and professional, personable, motivated, with computer and people skills.
This will be a Part-Time position, starting at 20-30 hours a week. The position will entail the following work and possibly more:
- Answering the phone
- Assisting at seminars, mailing out tickets and confirming reservations by phone
- Printing out applications and forms for clients
- Updating our CRM system with all new data
- Following up on transfers, check requests, etc
- Special projects
- Submitting articles to compliance
- Sending out weekly birthday cards (electronic)
- Maintaining our business Social Media
